Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic for implementation of the Digital CASA. Kyrgyz Republic Project, (Grant № 6200, Credit № D2790)

 announces selection of: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The candidate must meet the following criteria and qualification requirements:

• Higher education in economics, sociology, business administration, data management, statistics, or other related fields;
• Experience in projects funded by international donor organizations (at least 2 projects);
• Knowledge and experience in applying monitoring and evaluation tools for successful project implementation;
• Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of Kyrgyz language would be an advantage.
